Heres your Wedge dolls;

Dont spoil it for him, he was on another SW moan.
BTW, I watched ESB a few weeks ago and although I love the movie, some of the dialogue and acting is as painful to watch as the ones derided.
Han and Leia in the ice tunnels looks like they did one take, decided it was too cold and left it at that.
As for Luke the whiny little bitch with Yoda.....Point is, it's a great watch despite all that yet any recent movie gets picked apart so much to find fault.
Ah blow it out your arse. You're the one who was criticising the film. I was just pissed off I couldn't get a Wedge toy when I was a kid.
I remember when they were selling the final stock in the toy shops. I think they cost 50 cents. My brother and I ended up with alot of very minor characters.
I'd love to find all my old figures.
I remember a friend of the folks came to visit and gave me this guy....bear in mind this was in the days before I could Google so I had NO idea where he fitted in. Turns out he is in the background when the rebels are being briefed before the Endor mission in ROTJ
Ha, I still have him somewhere. He's mangled, but still around.
I had a heap of Jabbas minions who Luke carved up. Never had Luke though...
Luke carved them up easily but against non Jedi I'd say those Gammorean guards woulda been fantastic fighters.
It also makes me wonder how the blind fella from Rogue one would fare against any of the others. By his era the Stormtroopers were pretty inconsistent in their abilities, personally I reckon he'd put up a great fight but lose against any force weilder ( not to mention the Fetts or Grievous ) in a one on one scrap.

A Maori fulla being ANY part of Star Wars?
As if that would ever happen.

Not a good fit IMO. He’s pretty much the same as the guys they hired for the Han Solo movie, who they fired for making a comedy.
A bit of light humour is fine but Star Wars is no laughing matter

It's amusing watching the people dressed up for it, and everyone there is very excited, so you get cheers in the movie. Its a good time.

Yep did the midnight screening for Rogue One last year. A warm night and nerds dressed in full length trenchcoats made for a rather pungent aroma though.

That's the waft of crustiness from inside those coats.
Ugh!

Warning. There is apparently a newish trailer or set of stills that give away a big plot point.
I'm avoiding anything from now until showtime.
I'll not be seeing the film until next week but a media blackout seems like the best idea. I'm sure the Ferald and Stuff will race to lay it out and spoil it for everyone
