@canefan I wouldn't permit such a moron to be involved in raising my children...

I wonder if she told her husband he wasn't allowed to bathe their daughters before telling the world via Social Media?

Wonder if she made him change nappies?

I’m not surprised he’s gutted as missing out on bathtime , I always bathed my boy when he was little because it was a heap of fun for both of us.

It’s a miracle a fruitcake like that was prepared to procreate in the first place.

Anyone whose first thought is 'different body parts' when it comes to bathing little kids is creepy as fuck and shouldn't be a parent. SHE is sexualising them. No one else. And setting the girls up for some complicated body hate when they are older, which either manifests in serious repression and self harm, or equally unsafe rebellion.

    Stuff

Dame Susan has been quiet lately, I'm thrilled she's found something to get outraged about.

Sounds like some pretty crap humour but seriously bitch, why don't you just fuck right off?

@mn5 I always thought Flava's target audience was more Maori/PI anyway? Oh wait, can I say that or is that racist too?

Who the fark knows these days!

I guess given the sexual abuse complaints at present, these types of stories are inevitable.

It's a tough life being Jabbas daughter huh?

    Stuff

Not sure what to make of all this. I despise Veich but this sort of shit is pretty poor from those involved.

It is an industry full of backstabbing fuckwits so I guess in one sense you can admire them for making their feelings public.

This is my perception of NCEA. Everyone gets a medal for participation

While his fan club will go off and the headline is a bit over dramatised, this is a pretty lucky break...

The headline was Emmy award winner slams Lorde, which probably got a few clicking to see who it was then they changed it to Rosanne Barr slams Lorde now they’ve got it all in there.
Lordes addiction to Botox and fillers is making her resemble Lady Penelope from Thunderbirds more and more.

@canefan While 6th form cert was quite a clusterfuck, there was nothing wrong with School C or Bursary. NCEA is what happens when the inmates run the asylum.

On a side note, apparently the Novapay system is still not fixed, and heaps of teachers haven't been paid. What an absolute dog of a system. Heads should have rolled over that, and Talent2 shouldn't have received a fucking cent.

Aside from 50% failing those @Mokey. School C got scaled and so did 7th form. Those were set up to funnel approx half to academic type routes, with trades, vocational and less skilled options for the rest.

NCEA is off track a bit at the moment imo, but the underlying thinking is that everyone needs a higher level of base skills plus their chosen areas/specializations. And for all people touting the previous school system, we still have hundreds of thousands of people who went through it and came out without those core skills... now they're in the workforce (Or not) and posing a big education challenge.

@Paekakboyz Yeah, I don't think it's as simple as it's being made out. The stuff said about the "nephew" (watching Sports etc) could be applied to my generation as well.

My niece has just finished 5th form equivalent and the standard of schoolwork she does is much higher than what I did. She's going to be much better prepared for university than I was back in the mid 90s.

@mokey You could pass subjects in Bursary by rote learning, which doesn't really set you up for higher education.

aye? That's exactly how you pass uni! Even law degrees are basically 4 years of remembering trials.

Unless you are talking social sciences. Which doesn't set you up for real life...

She looks about my age. Hard to believe she's in her early 20s.

My son just finished fifth form , they pick and choose their classes like I imagine uni students do, he was giving me a breakdown on what he wanted to do and explaining that he could merit in one course but only achieved in another so he’d have to work harder to get the credits he wanted. He ended up only having two exams at the end of the year instead of the six I had which I think is a good thing.
Seemed like a good system, there’s always people who figure out how to game them though.
