Porirua. It also contains Whitby , Camborne , Paremata , Plimmerton and Aotea. Taita has no similar way to mitigate its ferality, not sure if you’ve visited the “ Taita mall” lately but ffs it’s a depressing place.
Naenae , Wingate , Epuni all rock a similarly post apocalyptic vibe. -
