@jegga I also thought that you knew a thing or two about breakfasts given the company that you keep.

Yes, the yanks can make bacon less appealing but it is still bacon.

This is all a bit shocking.

If you mean the guys I work with they appear to subsist on steak and cheese pies and 440ml cans of monster energy drink. Here’s my stock tip of the day. Invest in companies that make insulin.

    Noted. I like ethical investments.

I was actually referring to Damian McKenzie, Liam Squire, Jerome Kaino, and maybe Joe Moody? I'm sure that they all had bacon.

People slam multiple energy drinks a day cos the ABs do ( supposedly ) and they wonder why they look like Gerry Brownlee instead of SBW...

To quote Arnie 'Sugar is da enemy!!!'

Well they eat what the all black dietitians tell them to, you’d know that if you’d ever had breakfast with them .
Andrew Mehrtens who was there before them .....let’s just say I never saw him tackle the opposition like he smashed that menu.

Speaking of Merhts - we were travelling together a year or so back on a flight back from Sydney, had a meal, usual stuff and he really had packed on the kegs again.

You're not the only one to dine with ABs you know. Albeit that my experience was in a confined space where he couldn't get away and I didn't talk to him.

I mentioned it above - bacon is the cure for vegetarianism

"Beef burgers and bacon were among top contenders, followed by fried chicken and pork sausages.."

I feel sorry for the poor buggers but the remedy is right there at the butchers. You can't help those that won't help themselves.

I didn’t talk to him . He was talking to someone with dreadlocks tied up in a manbun. I go out of my way to avoid contact with people like that so Merhts missed out.

Not sure which is more worthy of worship, perfectly cooked honey-cured bacon, or perfectly cooked eye fillet steak. But I will keep eating both until I decide, and haters can go fuck themselves with a cactus.

Such descriptive prose. Have you ever thought about being a writer?

when I make my burgers they usually have beef, chicken and bacon, not sure how well lamb would go with it, so haven't tried that one yet.
