I can fully explain my scenario from the plane arrival to home. He carries the kid to the car obstructed somewhat by the rigours of his job
Your scenario involves a confirmation of his character that is not obvious from observation of these events.

TBF, most people at thier dark times want family close by, your kid and thier non-judging innocence will help...yes it was probably contrived and set up to garner some sympathy, but by the same account, having your kid with you at such a low point would be a big comfort.

I would agree with that and then criticism of those claiming that would be more than justified.
Look, I think DW is probably a fantastic father and husband, who is devoted to his family. I applaud him for having them on tour and anyone who criticises him for that is a cnut. But in this case it was quite clear he was trying to get sympathy and to get through the media with as least amount of harassment as possible. As much as he loves his family and they him, this is something he has done and he should be a man and leave them out of it, not use them to relieve pressure on himself.

Actually, I suspect I am tougher mentally in many respects.
I haven't punched anyone who pissed me off.
I haven't broken down in tears when my career was on the line for a mistake (which, sadly, it once was). I fronted up immediately. I never blamed anyone else or "stress".
Off course I would be a total fussy facing a fast ball, but the cricket parts of Warner's career are admirable. It's behaviour when he's not batting that is the issue.
I have never mocked decent people the way he has because they showed weakness. The way he has taunted some of the Poms was disgusting.
How bad would his behaviour have to be for you to accept that he's not a good man?

If this is true, some people on here look quite judgemental. Smith was criticised for handing the first question of the press conference to Bancroft. Maybe he did that because he did not have prior knowledge of the plan. Of course, it is also possible that it isn't true.

You think all that happened was that he cried about losing his job? That is the the reason he was upset? You clearly havent been paying attention to the sheer level and breadth of vitriol.
If you think someone crying after the ridicule and vitriol he has faced is a 'fucking sook', I think you are full of shit and any claim that you are somehow tougher than him is blow hard bullshit. You have never faced even a fraction of what he is currently facing.
Is he a good man? Not on the field, but apparently off it he is, after speaking to people with first hand knowledge. Not that it matters because it is irrelevant to the discussion about you calling him a fucking sook for crying. Nobody should ever be called a fucking sook for crying, it is that exact kind of fake bravado and bullshit that means males have suicide rates waaay above females.Without exception it is the guys who claim others are sooks and that they are tough are the exact same ones with deep seated insecurities and weakness.

What has he "gone through" exactly? He's still richer than shit, still one of the best batsmen in the world, still has at least 5 years of cricket earnings ahead of him, still has his family intact. Same goes for the other two.
If that's the worst torment these guys will face in their otherwise incredible lives then I'd take it tenfold right now. If there should be some perspective about their "crime" then there should also be some perspective about the apparently terrible ordeal they're now going through.
