@canefan curious, what exactly about Apu's character would they need to change to make him more PC?
Do they need to make him less, er, Indian?,
There were complaints over the 'spray and walk away' ads a few years back, and the Asian guy that is in them said he found them funny, not offensive.

Yeah I'm so glad we live in a world where a feminist lesbian dwarf felt it was her obligation to be offended on behalf of the spray and walk away guy.

Yes please, I will hold off expressing my outrage until I confirm what the official line is. If I'm meant to be outraged I'll jump all over social media and demand people be sacked over this to ensure everybody knows just how morally virtuous I am, as that is far more important to me than anything else.
