my kids will be watching Excellent Adventure this weekend.
Whether they want to or not, they will be. I like it, although there is a slightly sinister clockwork orange to that.
I haven't seen either of them for farkin years. It was a proud moment back in 91 when I became better on the guitar than they were.
Not holding my breath, it'll probably be shit
Agree. I love the Bill and Ted films. My kids and I have watched them multiple times. I just feel that the last film ended well and there's no need to make another one, let alone more than 25 years later with two guys who are now in their 50s. Shame they can't just let things be.

Yes, the Wyld Stallyns are back!
Unfortunately Rufus won't be making an appearance.
They are planning on having him make an appearance as the older versions see/talk to their younger selves. Rufus not being a big part of the film is going to be a main plot point.
They also named a character after Carlin’s daughter.

Can anyone genuinely name a movie that's a follow up ( ie over 10 years after the original so perhaps not a direct sequel ) that's even half as good as the original? It's really tough. Off the top of my head maybe Trainspotting.....Aliens/Prometheus/Ressurection ( I accept I may be on my own here )
Loads of good franchises get a long awaited follow up and fall way short.

That's good to hear. I hadn't read about the specifics of the plot.

Death Wish
Way better than I expected. BW goes vigilante when his family are brutally attacked. Hank from Breaking Bad playing EXACTLY the same character works too. Some nice violence but none of it over the top. Satisfying ending too.

Jurrasic World was fucking awesome. The boy and I cannot wait for the next installment. I'm so glad they are making those movies again.

Fair call. They are pretty entertaining I have to admit.

I am. I'm referring to TFA and TLJ.
TFA was good but not a patch on the Original trilogy.

I'll go out on a limb and say it's going to be awesome. This is peak Ryan Reynolds, being able to be Van Wilder x1000 with swords

@no-quarter Toy Story 3. Superior in almost every way to the 2 previous movies.

For some reason I've never seen Toy Story 3, but crazy to think it's better than the first two which were awesome.
