Finished S2 of Grimm, really enjoyed it, I think S2 was much better than S1, which was more episode by episode whereas S2 was more a longer story with little stories mixed in and while the finale was a little predictable, it is set up nicely for S3.

6 eps into Orphan Black, has stepped up a notch the past 3 eps!

3 eps into Rectify, very intriguing series! Feels a little slow, but still engrossing! -

Hmm, I have the original mini-series on my hard drive and need to get around to watching it. -
Finished both Rectify and Orphan Black last night;

Rectify – quite a frustrating show really, it just gives you enough to keep you interested, but still never enough. I think the pace of the show is set very similar to the un-changing Daniel Holden. I really liked it, but you are almost screaming for something to happen, but at the same time, there is plenty going on, just not at the usual pace other series try to push things along.

Will be interesting to see if they do a second season, there is certainly enough material for them, but also they did leave it with enough for you to draw your own conclusions.

Orphan Black – Sarah & Delphine...as to the show, it didnt grip me as quick as some said it did them, it was about ep 5 I think it really got me. I didnt really think alot of the scene with Olivier
when they cut off his tail. I understand the concept of the genetics, but seeing it made it comical IMO. Liked the diversion to Alisons crazy prying friend away from her husband as her monitor.
Felix is a great character! Is well set up for a 2[sup]nd[/sup] season. -

Could have been better left to the imagination as it did seem a bit OTT in comparison to the rest of the show. -
4 eps into Defiance, must say it is pretty average so far...only reason I have watched that many is I have nothing else lined up (actually I lie, have Falling Skies but waiting until I have half a dozen or so...) I'll no doubt watch the rest, but so far it isnt screaming out to be watched.

Although just got The Fall today, which looks pretty good. -

Watch The Wire again .... -
ha yeah, I kinda saw it as a BSG/Terra Nova/Western mash
-
Watched GoT Season 3 over a few days (love the Nexus 7).

Disappointed by how tame the Red Wedding was. Maybe I'd built it up too much based on the web response from people who hadn't read the books
Finished The Fall last night, prett good, a few plot flaws like most but otherwise pretty good.

Dunno if they are looking at a 2nd series, but leaves it open but also for you to decide what you think happens, also Gillian Anderson still looks pretty tidy!! -
Looks like I caught Ashley Shafer of Ashley Shafer BMW on holiday this morning.
Yeah, there's another one in the works apparently.

Thought it was good apart from the "Lets up sticks and move literally within 24 hours despite having no money and work commitments" thing. -

The stuff centred on the killer was good - genuinely disturbing and quite insightful. Everything else was a bit dull and rather cliched. All the "walking marriage" stuff seemed very tacked on. -

Yes that, as well as the setting in Belfast. -
I think it'd be better if they left it alone, there is enough there for you to think one of the 2 obvious conclusions happened.
I guess you could explain away the fact they upped and off so quickly by the fact he was probably on suspension from his job, and she had a day or so between him making up that story - which BTW, wtf kind of story was that to make up, I guess it was easy as he could nurture the idea with the girl - so she may have asked for a few days off to deal with her issues. But like I said, a few plot holes like most shows.
-
New Series 'The Bridge' just started. Looks like it could be good. Another Danish redo
"]
set on the border between El Paso and Juarez, The Bridge centers on two detectives, one from the United States and one from Mexico, who must work together to hunt down a serial killer operating on both sides of the U.S.-Mexican border. Executive Producers Meredith Stiehm Homeland and novelist and television writer/producer Elwood Reid adapted The Bridge for American television from the international hit series Bron, which was set on the border of Denmark and Sweden.
