I remember this guy getting rescued the first time in 2014 trying to kayak the Ta$man. This is his 3rd attempt.
I now really feel sorry for him. He is not only getting chased by a shark but according to the article he has missed NZ completely. Apparently he is "about 1000km to the east of Cape Reinga". So maybe Aus to NZ wasn't enough of a challenge. Aus to Peru or Chile - now that is fucking something (if the shark lets him go).

They actually are lovely dogs, ours wouldn’t harm a fly, tho tbh we have never had a stranger walk round back where she’s fenced off. 55kgs of pure get the fuck off our property

I just like the idea of having an animal in my possession that can eat my enemies, hopefully that’s not a bad thing.. -
