So scanning through this without reading too much in order to avoid spoilers, if I was to download a series for a long haul flight would 'The American's ' be a pretty good choice? Anything else stand out as awesome currently?

Last night watched the first episode of the reboot of Lost in Space. Surprisingly good - high production values, decent story with even a bit of a twist at the end of the first episode. Hopefully doesn't fall down the hole of too much "kids in peril" plotlines over the rest of the series.

Season 3 of The Expanse done and dusted. While the finale had plenty of tension and twists some of it was predictable. Looking forward to what Amazon does for Season 4.

I found the show on the whole rapidly declined in the 2nd season. Confusing and to be honest not massively compelling either.

Just started into Season 4 of 'The Affair'

It's going to be a brilliant, tough watch methinks

5 episodes into S3 of Animal Kingdom. Slow start but beginning to warm up a little. All seems a bit forced at the moment but there's glimpses of the good stuff.

@nepia I finished The Americans last night.

I thought it was a pretty good final episode, tying up enough loose ends, but leaving the door open just enough for them to ressurect it if they feel the need, maybe even following Paige as you get the feeling she was enjoying the life a bit like Elizabeth.

Very good show though, consistently good.

Thought it was a good transition with the tension early on while Stan was on thier trail into the more sombre mood with the music overlays as we neared the end and Phillip & Elizabeth realized they had lost both kids.

Obviously be nice to have known if Stans Missus was an agent, I guess he doesnt want to know cos it makes him seem an even bigger fool having lived across the road from agents and now his Missus...
