    @rancid-schnitzel I tried. Lord, how I tried.

    She had a more open attitude towards sex than a lot of the girls at the time. Not a slut, mind. Just knew what she wanted and wasn't afraid to say it.

    She ended up copping a fairly consistent boning from one of my mates.

    Decided against a run this morning as I actually slept quite well and couldn't be arsed getting out of bed at 6.

    Instead jogged out 5km this evening in 31:45. Gotta say I struggled with that last couple of klicks, but it's over now.

    If you do it consistently you'll notice benefits in other exercises, guaranteed, that in particular is what I really like. I remark to the other half that some of her clients don't look in amazing shape but a lot of this is cos they do one or two sessions a week and nothing else which in itself isn't enough.

    @mn5 going to start with Tuesdays then spend some of my own time repeating the main exercises to keep it going.

    5km in just under 32 minutes. Minimal vision issues when I started to lose my rhythm, forcing me to pump a little harder to get it back. But I think I have the gist of this thing now.

    Last night while hanging the washing I did one slow, perfect-form chinup at the end of each line for 7 in total

    I'm doing a food thing where I only eat between 12-8pm with the very odd exception. Works fucken wonders I reckon.

    I just have em at lunch instead and make sure I have copious amounts of black coffee in the lead up. During the week I generally eat cos I need to, the weekend is generally full mortal combat with as much bacon, egg and sausage as I can manage.

    *real sausage, not bloke sausage #nohomo
