    5km in 32:30

Fucking cold here: -3.6C is hardly ideal running but I suppose it's better than 20C+

    Today: 99.4kg - Chest 116 - Waist 109 - Hips 111.

    Today: 98.7kg - Chest 115 - Waist 108 - Hips 111

Considering I had a solid meal at the pub last night as well as a Scotch & dry, that's a fairly big win.

Going half a kilo/week from here would get me to 94.5kg by 1st September.

At that point, maybe the doc can go get stuffed 😉

I'm doing a food thing where I only eat between 12-8pm with the very odd exception. Works fucken wonders I reckon.

That is gaining some serious traction. What benefits do you reckon you're getting?

Not sure if I could do that. I'd go nuts without breakfast.

Less weight round the middle for starters. I'm trimmer overall actually.

That's always good! I think Rogan is big on that now. One of his guests was an advocate of it.

The most important thing is that it works for you right.

It obviously does and means you can insert lots of sausage on the weekend.

good going NTA, aim for low 90s. Your progress is excellent.
BTW, I think you can lose about 1kg a week with more discipline on the food, and longer workouts.

@wairau you're probably right. Had a bit of a pizza blowout on the weekend so recovering from that will need some keen focus.

This week is where the struggle starts I think, in terms of the mental effort required to sustain it. The insomnia from the cholesterol drugs isn't ideal on this regard.

That said, I had a fairly good night's sleep, which helps.

Pilates tonight. My general abdominal area is feeling solid from the whole exercise regime, but I'm looking forward to accelerating the core doing this for a month or two, then looking for something harder as the body fat percentage drops below 20.

Also doing pelvic floor exercises to ensure everything is working there, in terms of erectile issues and bladder health.

And people are starting to notice the weight loss at work. Wife hasn't said anything

Not as tight as your bike pants, homo.

Pilates last night and I struggled. Good signs in one regard, but maybe I need to repeat some of the exercises later in the week.

5km run this morning in 30:17 and fuck I flogged the last km out trying to get under 30.

Tighter during the week but all the sausage on the weekend reverses it all.

2 steps forward one step back

Woke up at 4am and despite getting back to sleep for another hour, was too tired for the run this morning.

Last night I did some body weight and reckon I'm a bit fatigued overall - could only get out three sets of chinup + pushup + plank.

Maybe I'll finish work early today and do some 400s in the afternoon to change it up a bit.

I sort of felt like it wasn't going to be a super result, given I'm feeling a bit bloated and maybe ate a bit more this week than usual.

However, its still progress, and maybe even a bit of a settler for the next month as I've been going pretty hard at it and needed to take a breath.

Didn't run today but covered a few km in the bush instead. Surprising how many walking tracks are in suburban Sydney when you look hard enough.

I love a good walk with my lads. Motivation can be tough at times but as long as I bring a good feed that helps.
