    @jk I like how leg day helped you get your mojo back. Does sound like you've got your warm up locked in, which means a much more satisfying workout! May the DOM-god be kind to you bro!

    Yeah some decent DOMs, nothing too bad as wasnt a hard out session as such but can def feel that I hit a few muscles.

    Back and shoulders today. Snuck in about 8 sets with the battle ropes throughout the workout. So many variations you can do

    Good session this morning - PULL plus abs and 15mins stairs

    Have tidied up the old diet too. Progress to come!

    Could be in trouble here. Gave a legs a solid working out this morning.

    Can already feel the doms. Struggling to walk already! Uh oh!!!

    I feel ya, my chest day doms are killing me today, and I think they'll get worse!

    Hope you can walk later, lol doesn't bode well for tomorrow!! Sign of a primo workout though!

    Legs pretty bad today. Feel so rigid like I'm wearing ski boots that go up to my nuts!

    Just firing along as per usual. Another good legs session this morning. Still doing a lot banded squats and worked up to doubles at 140kg today. All felt pretty good.

    Chucked some nasty high rep squats superset with a 50 rep dropset of leg extensions to finish. Pure farken fire!

    Good week in the gym.

    No major highlights in terms of training but squats continuing to get better. Deads today were a bit slack, just didnt feel quite right but 3 x triples at 150kg for top sets.

    Even did some cardio - stepper, bike, rower, cross trainer and even some steep incline on the treadmill.

    Another pretty good week on training.

    Pull Monday, Push Tues, Legs weds, Thurs did a KB session and today gave shoulders and arms an extra bit of love.

    Cardio snuck in Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs but not friday as not possible to do cardio on a friday

    Still alive. Still training.

    Brilliant legs session this morning. Most farked been for ages.

    Good warmup then mobility work and banded bodyweight squats
    Leg press - 5 sets, Hamstring curls - 4 sets, Squats - 6 sets, Lunges - 3 sets, Leg extensions - 4 sets (2 were dropsets), Calf press - 4 sets, Calf raises - 4 sets, Ab crunches - 5 sets

    Pretty usual sorta stuff but intensity was high and weights heavy. So much sweat. Good times (for now)

    @jk getting work done!! What's on the radar in terms of goals? chasing any specific numbers for any lifts? or just stay swole and time your extra cut for summer?

    Proper exercise really does give you so much doesn't it? Helps stress, gets you through the day and can even make you more attractive at the beach. What's not to like?

    DId my usual 5 day last week then saturday morning did an F45 session down the local which was having its open day.

    Was a 60min workout with 27 stations where you do 45 seconds work then 15 seconds to move to next station and off you go again. Once through all 27 stations its a 1mins hydration and breather then go again for another 27. Pushed myself pretty hard. Was tough but felt farkin great after.

    Good week training wise and ok eating.

    F45 again this morning. Good way to end the weeks training and start the week with some high intensity training. Again felt like was gonna die but felt ripper all day after it
