Workplaces are allowed to demand certain standards of attire aren't they?

If individuals don't like it they're perfectly entitled to conform or fuck right off....

Or as is the case these days go crying to the media about some imagined discrimination.

You're right. I'm sure there is more too it. Either the details don't fit the author's narrative or it's lazy journalism

It's BA. I wouldn't be sure of anything.

Man Bun as a sackable offence seems fine to me tho.

@taniwharugby I thought it was interesting that man bun only lasted 2 weeks.

We've all employed or worked with people that only last 2 weeks. Don't know if the haircut was actually the reason for dismissal

I'm probably out of touch and a "bad person", but I do find drunk McDonalds runs slightly amusing, not that I condone driving whilst intoxicated.

It must be something about the amount of taxi drivers over here of a certain ancestry and sexual assault, but on that basis alone, I believe Feeney.

Weepu is such a ridiculous creature. Who would have believed that he was once (for a brief moment) a well-trained athelete. It's funny how some athletes can point to drugs or partying as factors that derailed their careers. Weepu can point to Colonel Sanders and Ronald MacDonald.

Seems a common occurrence with a lot of ex players of Maori or Polynesian
Once the career is over they hit the pies burgers and kfc. Must be hard not too when having to abide to strict diets and training routines. You get to call it a day and live the good life

Weepu hit the colonel after he became an established Allblack. The state he showed up in after the RWC was absolutely disgraceful. I don't think he'd moved from the couch. It was an even bigger disgrace that he was selected for the ABs that year.

In this day and age the only players who should carry any spare fat should have numbers 1 2 or 3 on their backs. Not 9 or 10.

I'm certain that's why Brandon Laney never quite made the ABs.

@jegga Nuts. Weird that I have no knowledge of this story despite living in Sydney. Clearly I don't read the Aussie papers enough.

There was a story about some 18 year old chick that thought she was a werewolf a few weeks back too. I think the axe welding hyper intelligent tranny might top that .

Definitely no more trips to Melbourne - or Newtown, but in both cases that's more to avoid the man buns than the crazies.

With the amount of money these guys get paid, as well as access to the best trainers, nutrition etc. it's an effing scandal if they're tubs o lard.

I saw Laney being interviewed at half time when living overseas. No idea what game it was but I assume he was a talking head for a time. Didn't recognise him and thought it was an old prop. When Brendan Laney flashed up below him I nearly choked on my beer. You want to enjoy life but letting yourself go to that extent is just sickening gluttony.
