@crucial Duplass is brilliant in 2 of my fave shows, in very different roles.

    What's the other show?

BTW I'm glad everyone is getting off over the skinny skank on the show, leaves the hot mayoral candidate for me. She is firmly in the Monica Bellucci category IMO.

The League. Quite possibly my favourite ever comedy. Introduced Jon Lajoie and Jason Mantzoukas to our screens, has Adam Brody (from Startup) playing a great role and some neat guest spots.

BTW she's a poor man's Salma Hayek (who also has the added bonus of crazy by being part Lebo).

I'd be happy to be that poor man 😉

Nah , I’ve knocked a few out thinking of her too.

    Thanks for that

It turns out there is a new series about the the prosecution of a Rwandan leader for war crimes.

    Aug 10, 2018  /  TV

Watch first trailer for BBC thriller Black Earth Rising

Watch first trailer for BBC thriller Black Earth Rising

John Goodman and Michaela Coel front the intense drama.

I’m wondering who they got to play Golriz Ghahraman, as obviously she had such an important role in the tribunal. It would obviously need someone with some serious acting chops, so probably Lindsay Lohan or another actress with her kind of range.

Mixed news that HBO have finally given the green light for David Milch to make a Deadwood movie. It's just a shame that this decision was made 10 years too late as the likes of Powers Boothe won't be involved.

I took one for the team and watched some Spinoff tv.
Its bad. Worse than Melody Rules bad, btw the woman in this clip isn't a token fatty. All the chicks are fat on the show, the stroppy maori fat girl who seems to be the main host, the fat pakeha chick who feels guilty about her white privilege and this she whale of indeterminate ethnic origin who is trying to be funny by mocking farmers for all being male .
She does a hilarious bit about trying to milk a male goat, someone call the home for old stale jokes and get them to do a headcount. It appears there's one running around unsupervised.

Enjoy watching your tax dollar at work.

It's kinda like Leigh Hart only totally devoid of a single shread of humour

    What do you mean "only"?

Today’s Sunday star times magazine says about spinoff tv “ some say it’s funnier than 7 days”.

    A few things to discuss.

Talk about damning with faint praise .

Second , who are these people? What is wrong with them and “ some say” ? Name and shame these cretins, I doubt they exist anyway.

Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind

This HBO documentary celebrates the life and career of the comedian. Well worth watching, and it will make you laugh and cry.

a show my wife has been watching, that I have started watching...

Harlots, set in the late 1700's London around 2 brothels. has boobies.

Not sure how historically correct alot of it will be (am sure @Mokey would know) but is watchable, has one of the hot sisters from Downton Abbey.

I'll watch it to critique the historical accuracy for the plot(s).

i've never head of them being called plots before

Started another series of Strike Back last night for some brain-dead entertainment (season 4)

One episode in, body count of Lebanese and Columbians well in to the 30s, at least 3 sets of tits, and the hot Mossad agent from series 3 in her smalls.

    Fuck. King. Mint.

No sign of Danielle Cormack on the cast so I doubt I’ll get to fulfill my teenage ambition of watching them scissor each other into a pink mist.
