@nzzp I'd settle for you lot having another year like 2009...

    for the record
    http://www.allblacks.com/Fixtures/2009

Lost to France (2-1 series win)

    Lost 3 to teh Saffers,
    beat the Ockers thrice

then won 5 on the bounce in teh NH tour, but lost the last hitout to the barbarians (nontest match). Wales, Italy, England, France, adn the fourth test against the Aussies

    Overall season 10-4 in tests.

@nzzp Yup. I want you to thrash everyone but the boks. Natural order of things. Just wish rugby could revert to the mean faster.

he shouldn't have had to know anything about that. Any combination of Wilson, Cullen, Lomu, Osbourne and Tana should have murdered pretty much anyone

Pretty generous listing old mate Glen in amongst that bunch

Not sure you recall 1995. Measures up with the best of them

@akan004 Their replacement is a bloke I've never heard of. No doubt he, like the bloke he's replacing, would have preferred to be lining up in black this evening.

I dunno if this was mentioned in all the nerd rage about old teams, 'cos I scrolled through that, but kick off is 9:45, not 10:05 (2145NZT)

Reiko Ioane must be pushing 7 foot. That's Ardie Savea he's standing close to.

Ardie should make the move to the midfield. Laumape looks like a halfback next to him.

                    Welcome to the club bro

A 10/12 axis of Izzy and Ardie could’ve been something special.

Osborne was sensational. His step was just insane - electric at the back in the 95 RWC. Just unlucky to come along with Cullen, Lomu and Wilson. Fark, tough break eh

Not much in it, if anything.

@chris-b what the actual fuck does John Hart know about the midfield?

or the back 3 for that matter

he shouldn't have had to know anything about that. Any combination of Wilson, Cullen, Lomu, Osbourne and Tana should have murdered pretty much anyone

Pretty generous listing old mate Glen in amongst that bunch

Not sure you recall 1995. Measures up with the best of them

And then came Cullen and made him look ordinary. Pretty unfair because he was an awesome player. Hart did select him over Lomu a few times on the wing so he did still have a decent career.

Osborne was sensational. His step was just insane - electric at the back in the 95 RWC. Just unlucky to come along with Cullen, Lomu and Wilson. Fark, tough break eh

Yeah, he was awesome. Thought he was there long term but Cullen just blew him out of the water in 96. Thems the breaks, but he had a decent AB career. He was preferred wing when the ABs won the first ever series in SA.

Christ there is some cringe inducing shit on Fox before this game.
