I know its a world of could of should of would of. I just can't shake that shit miss call at the death in warriors vs sharks game. We would have been fourth and sharks would have been in the 5th-8th spot.
If we somehow managed to win the bulldogs game would have been minor premiers (but we lost that fair and square).
Am glad its unlikely we will face brisbane much rather dragons or Panthers. Dragons are injury ridden and were shit against an understregnth knights.

How shit is that, basically everybody wins, so we stay 8th.
Panthers away will still be tough unfortunately, would much rather have got the Dragons.
So many teams in the 8 i don't want to see win the comp!!

But i guess given the other constraints, Warriors fans were the easiest to overlook.

@bovidae The NRL couldn't have rigged the draw a bit to ensure the Warriors don't go head-to-head with the ABs?
I'm actually going to go the game, my league tragic mates nagged me enough, so I'll record the ABs and head straight home to watch it - I will punch anyone who tells me the score in the kisser. TBH, if the ABs were playing Oz or the Boks I wouldn't go to the game.

I’m gonna love all the Aussie league media talking up the Panthers all week. Cleary is their new darling and the same ol cliches will come out about the Warriors. And of course we will only be a hope if Aussie Blake plays!

Only thing I'm worried about is Mallony being back in the mix. If we get our shit together we can make life hard for him and Cleary but if they get a bit of front foot ball...

Our away record is actually pretty good this year. Won our first 3 games on the road this season.
Also saw somewhere that of the top 8, we had the hardest draw this year and had played 5 of the other 7 top 8 teams twice. No other team in the 8 had to do that. Panthers the softest draw with only having to play 3 of the other 7 teams in the top 8 twice

Pretty sure we were minor premiers the first time we made the GF and the second time maybe 5th going into finals. In 2011 we got smoked by the broncos in the first round but because of our ranking managed to get a second life when it use to be 1 v 8 2v 7 etc

Pretty sure beat the storm in the opening final 1v8 , but didnt make the grand final ,
Storm recovered to make the grand final but got thrashed by Manly
