Fantastic underground indie psychedelic 45 from Winnipeg, 1967. I prefer the b-side, but both sides are great. Nugget.
Whatever became of these guys? A year following this they were hired, under a different name, to record an LP record about Snoopy’s Christnas and that was pretty much that.

@jegga I'm off to see the Superjesus in a couple of weeks
That’s cool, are they on their own or are there some other bands playing too?

Ella Hooper randomly showed up my instagram feed the other day which got me checking out killing Heidi again and led me down a YouTube rabbit hole of my favourite Aussie bands. I imagine superjesus are great live .

@jegga Weirdly, I had no idea who those bands were when looking at the videos, yet when I played them I knew both the songs.
Regarding Hooper and Killing Heidi I hung out with them after a Big Day Out (2001 I think) as a friend of my girlfriend was shagging one of the guys. She was very quiet then, but I think she was a teenager.

After reading Ronnie Wood's book, i've listened to a bit of the Stones. I'm still not a massive fan, but good Rolling Stones is really fucking good.
As per our earlier discussions, if i had to list my top 10 favourite Stones' songs, it would read like a list of their top 10 songs by sales/air play, there wouldn't be much in the way of obscure album tracks stuck in there.

I just don't like their music. However I don't find them objectionable (like Radiohead) and have no issue with others being huge fans of theirs.
I likely can't name 10 of their songs.
I'd happily read books about them though.

Oh I reckon if I heard 20 of their songs I'd know them all but the only ones I can think of to name off my head are: Brown Sugar, Sympathy for the Devil (which is the song I really don't get how it's popular), Wild Horses, Satisfaction, Paint it Black.
