TBH I dont think it takes alot to float Jeggas boat ;)

Penny Dreadful is a supernatural/horror....set in Victorian London with a few historical/legendary type characters in it (Dorian Gray, Victor Frankenstien, Prof. van Helsing)

Cheers, I might pass, not really my scene ... GOT is enough TV of a style I don't usually care for at the moment.

For some reason we couldn't musky episode one of Penny dreadful , obviously I need to see episode 2 though.

Anyone else watching Bates motel? Its all a bit too far fetched for me , I'll give it a couple more episodes before I dump it though. A lot of really bad stuff happens in a small town and theres no FBI or DEA or whatever wondering what the hell is going on?

Been catching up on Justified, Raylan Givens is the coolest character on tv at the moment imho.

That's good to know as the first ep had me wondering if the show was going to be for gays only. No yayas and all we got was Josh Hartnetts arse and a rather homoerotic scene between Dr F and his 'monster'

I think the relevant point for the discussion re: Jegga is that for a good 50% of the movie Green is completely starkers.

Noted, not sure about the whole incest angle though. I think I might have to just consult mr skin or dailymotion and avoid being disgusted by the plot.

I have little memory of the plot 🙂 ... it could be worse and I could remember the plot and not Green's nakedness like Tim.

finished S2 of Orange is the New Black, good series, although not quite as good as the first one as I think they moved into more darker serious mode, and I didnt quite enjoy it as much, finale, again not entirely unexpected, but the opposite of how I wanted it to go down!

In the best and most surprising news I have heard this week - Community has been renewed for a 6th season. By Yahoo???? I assume Yahoo are wanting to join Netflix, Hulu and Amazon as internet TV providers.

Either way I'm happy, this show is on my top 10 list of all time.

To bump this thread before it slips of the page, as I said above I've been watching Lost. I just watched the finale last night. I've been hearing/reading about how bad the finale was for a number of years now and I thought it was actually quite good - maybe my expectations weren't as high as the viewers who watched it back in the day? I thought the final scene was a bit cheesy, but hell, its TV what do you expect. But I enjoyed the resolution to that alternate timeline which was a storyline I enjoyed. By far the worst part of the final season (and the show as a whole) was the temple and anything related to the temple. Why are they seemingly in a scene from the end of Apocalypse Now? Also, it's bloody odd that an island in the Pacific has all these different people stumble upon it yet not one Pacific Islander - no Polynesians, no Micronesians, and no Melanesians.

I've decided that Lost sits in that top pantheon of TV shows for me - up with the good cable stuff. I burned through it much quicker than I thought as I kept watching two at a time and on the weekends I'd watch three of four. Pretty good for a show with lots of mystical shit in it, which I don't really get into.

Now I have to decide what to watch next - I have no more Walking Dead seasons as I'm getting them off a mate at the end of the month, for some reason I keep putting off Orange is the New Black ... maybe I should finally finish Masters of Sex which I'm about half way through.

What did everyone think of the final episode of Fargo? I can't understand why whenever Malvo shots someone they are only to happy to waste their last breath helping him with the lift code of telling him who sent them to kill him. My last words would be along the lines of "fuck "and "you" in that situation.

Nepia what series of Walking dead are you up to now?

I've only seen the first, but I enjoyed that, so looking forward to watching the rest - I get them on the 22 July so soon.

Maybe I'll watch Fargo next. Thought the movie was shit but from all reports it's a different entity in the same universe.
