Last few weeks have been a bit fucked. Covered some km walking but not much running due to lurgee.
Anyway jumped on the scales for a laugh and was 96.9kg which is alright.
I guess from this point I'll just be smart about the lifestyle, go back and see the doc, and see where the next step takes me on the cholesterol/heart thing

Like an idiot, I signed up for the Dad's routine at my daughter's dance school. Thing is, the routine is going to be in boardies and a singlet, so I think I need to urgently get moving on the trimming down of love handles, and the bulking up of guns.
What is the routine? Bet it's something ridiculously gay. You should smash it!

Finally decided to get out for a walk this morning after weeks of inactivity. Got bored half a klick in, so moved into a jog.
3km in 17 minutes. Got a wart on the outside of my left foot which sucks with run with at full pace, forefoot striking, but that's not a bad effort.
