so this article says she was 'drunken'.. but the next one says she wasn't, had just had something to drink earlier in the way.. something that thousands of people do every day - and is legal...
which was it? pretty important point.. cause one is 'ok to drive' one is 'should not have been in a car'.Also, although she's obviously a piece of sh*t.. i also look to the 'first infringement'.. which was the kid went through a red light. I think people are missing that.
as a cyclist i'm pretty adamant you go thru a red and get hit it's your fault - and it's a pretty shtty situation to put a driver in who now has to deal with your sht decision.

If she did the right thing from the start then I’m sure 95% of the hate wouldn’t have happened. The parents would have likely forgiven her too.Even after driving off the kid's mum said she felt sympathy for the girl

So 'drunk' might be overstating it...although if she had a few drinks and some weed, you'd have to think that has influenced her ability to drive safely, as evidenced by running a red light and pissing off as well.
the cyclist went thru the red not her? I've seen it reported that she did as well though..
basically teh reporting is shithouse across the board!
the court has decided the facts, and i guess that's why she got what she did... as I said she sounds like a piece of sh*t but that doesn't come into sentencing.. -

She was remorseful in court. On Instagram she joked about killing someone and gloated about hitting the piss and enjoying life
