Don't really post to this thread but RIP Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart, part of one of the greatest tag teams ever.

I actually thought he was already dead - i.e was Owen Hart.

He was a good character though.

The list of dead former WWF/WWE wrestlers is a very long one. My favourite was The Ultimate Warrior.

Back in the late 80s/early 90s a mate's younger brother used to get all the big events sent from the USA on VHS so we used to watch them all.

the Warrior was immensely strong and one hell of an athlete but his skills were pretty limited in the ring apparently.

I also heard Ravishing Rick Rude gave him a legitimate beating backstage after he worked too 'stiff'

Wrestlemania tomorrow, Hall of Fame today. Some moron thought it would be great to tackle Bret Hart while he was giving a speech, and got somewhat messed up by the attending wrestlers...

Havent watched WWE for ages but spotted my lad watching smackdown and caught a promo for Kofi vs Daniel Bryant.

    Wrestlemania Match card

Raw Women's Championship and Smackdown Women's Championship match: Ronda Rousey vs. Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair (winner takes all match)
WWE Championship match: Daniel Bryan vs. Kofi Kingston
Universal Championship match: Brock Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins
Intercontinental Championship match: Finn Balor vs. Boddy Lashley
United States Championship match: Samoa Joe vs. Rey Mysterio
Smackdown Tag Team Championship match: Usos vs. The Bar vs. Ricochet and Aleister Black vs. Shinsuke Nakamura and Rusev (fatal 4-way match)
Women's Tag Team Championship match: Sasha Banks and Bayley vs. Nia Jax and Tamina Snuka vs. Beth Phoenix and Natalya vs. The IIconics
Raw Tag Team Championship match: The Revival vs. Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins
    Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre
Batista vs. Triple H (no-holds-barred match)
    Randy Orton vs. AJ Styles
Shane McMahon vs. The Miz (falls count anywhere match)
    Kurt Angle vs. Baron Corbin

So didnt kniow Batista was back....Triple H still going too

Also Drew McIntyre wasn't bad when first turned up on the scene but seemed to dissapear for a long time.

Seth vs Brock looks most interesting to me

Awesome match with Kofi. Crowd behind him and you could see how much it meant to him and the rest of New Day

Lars Sullivan is in mid flight of a big push from WWE.

Be interesting to see what happens in light of these recent revlations

Met the Bellas and Daniel Bryant while I was in the US. We were walking through Disney Downtown on a pretty quiet friday arvo (Park was heaving) before we headed to the airport and it was actually my wife who spotted the twins and shouts to me "Its the Bellas". They heard and smiled and think due to the Kiwi accent actualyl stopped and said hi. Both are pretty short but fine women. Managed to get some pics too

Speaking of big pushes, from last night... they found the “Holy Grail” of dark matches, long thought lost.

Anybody watch Goldberg v Undertaker from Super Showdown in Saudi Arabia two nights ago?

    Holyshit! Botcharama!!

First time they’ve ever met in a ring. Berg is 52; Taker is 54. The ring entrances were great and they probably should have stopped right there. Goldberg spears his head into the ring-post, comes up with a lot of blood. Undertaker tombstone piledrives Goldberg and Bill’s head takes it, for real. There were then a few more botches before the weakened and concussed Goldberg jackhammers Taker but can’t get him fully elevated and he under rotates landing on the back of his head & neck. When fight is over Taker looks a combinations of lucky-to-be-alive whatthefuckjusthappened and i-want-to-kill-Goldberg.

This is no way to earn a living in “retirement.”
