I’d imagine like a lot of things you get used to it and want to escalate after a while when his doll doesn’t do it for him anymore.
I’d prefer he tried to get treatment or put his scrotum in a mincer . -
@jegga you might be right. I would hazard a guess there a more than a few people with those urges that don't act on them because they don't want to inflict damage on anyone. If they are not acting on them now, would a doll cause them to take the next step? I dont know.

It's an interesting situation. If someone had these proclivities could this help them deal with it in a safe manner..or will it lead to an esculation? Its not really the kind of thing that can be studied either. I'm not 100% but I'm pretty sure voluntary chemical castration isn't legal either so where does it leave these people.?I'm not up to date with the literature exactly but is there any evidence of real rehabilitation?
I know there is evidence of a correlation with being a male victim of sexual molestation as a child from an adult male and the likelyhood of identifying as gay in adult life. Just as there is a correlation with molestors having been molested themselves, so its entirely possible that an early incident during a particular developmental stage of a childs brain could create an almost hardcoded neural pathway to be the way they are. You wouldn't think gay conversation therapy is possible so perhaps this isn't either.
Maybe voluntary castration is the only way to go..and involuntary if convicted.

@jegga you may be right but a divergent path is just as plausible as a convergent one. Except if you use Christianity as a guiding principle, which most of is subconsciously do. Again excusing the tiny proportion who are wired crazy, is there anything to suggest that people change their biological sexual preferences due to coercion?
My view on sexual deviancy ( thank you bible and puritans) is to protect innocent people. As disgusting as this seems, I'm suggesting inanimate objects are one way to achieve this.
Hiding homosexuality in the old days was done because apparently those gays would fuck anything. We know better now, don't we?

A bit different, but I know they've found a correlation between porn use and a reduction in sexual violence, so that may indicate that people getting their jollies (as @Crazy-Horse so eloquently put) from another place may help reduce them targeting actual victims.
The idea does really creep me out though. It's just so wrong on every level possible.
