(It was legal at the time.) The U.S. gov't. panics and quickly decides they should purchase all the available acid on the market. Small problem: the C.I.A. analyst mixes up milligrams and kilograms and the calculation is mistaken by a factor of one million. Actual number of tabs on the market: 100.</p>
