that's not a male v female thing. I just think a lot of these groups (and i use that term pretty loosely) are fighting a fight with no clear goal in sight. Hence the scattergun approach.

@mariner4life 100 per cent. Noticed this when working with UN women's something group from all over Asia and Pacific. Ran a 2 day retreat for them in Thailand. Asked what the end objectives are "What will it look like when you have achieved your objective?"
Crickets and scowling looks.
The fucken idiots started a massive expensive project with no clearly articulated end goal objectives!
By the way, how do you think discussion sessions went? Yep off on tangents making statements that made them clutch pearls and sigh. Getting the bints to keep to a time schedule was impossible.
