    Cardio session last night 25mins treadmill, 25 mins rower, 25mins bike, 10 mins sauna<br />

    RPM class this morning - decided to give it everything with the resistence dial - sweated like a rapist - legs are like jelly now. Zara had better be doing an upper body session tonight or I'm in trouble.<br />
    <br />
    Really trying to be disciplined on the food side, just 3 weeks left and that means 120meals and 30 workouts........<br />
    <br />
    Jackie one of the chicks that has been going has lost a massive 21kg's she is now down to a solid 96kg.....she is an inspiration!! 👏

    Wille fell of the rails a little!!<br />

    Had a tangi in kaitaia to attend with the new Mrs Weka. Zero exercise since Thurday am, and meals of Hangi, scallops, kina, Hapuka, mussels, oysters, Maori bread, boil-up etc etc<br />
    <br />
    Got home last night felling fat and tired. Decided to take a lie in, and got a phone call from Zara at the Gym. Blasting me!! God I'm not looking forward to personal session tomorrow night, she gonna kill me!!<br />
    <br />
    14 days to go, and 4 days to make up for..........Bloody funerals!!

    Damn Weka I havent had a good feed of kaimoana, fried bread and boil up for ages.  What are you trying to do to me mate?

    Yeah RB I went up to the Tangi with my running shoes planning on a couple of runs, knew porridge would be on offer in the mornings and I'd be disciplined during the day....<br />

    Came home no exercise, no porridge and every bit of Kaimoana my ab's could handle..........was beautiful!!<br />
    <br />
    Got to the gym last night and again this morning, have just13 days to go, all cardio from here on........and no more cheat meals!!!!

    Weeks exercise results:<br />
    <br />
    Tuesday - RPM class morning and Zara's lower body killer at night<br />
    Thursday - RPM class <br />
    Friday - Bodt attack class<br />
    <br />
    Just a week to go until finish date so really need to up the anti on the exercise - food is still going well.<br />
    Belt in another knotch today so that's always a great sign!!

    I have drilled two more holes in my belt, and measuring where it used to be comfortable, to where it is now - 6 inches difference, shit!

    Put on may favourite denium shorts yesterday - Lisa told me to take them off cause they kept falling down - have packed them for you bud. Have you had a chance to do the DVD 95 Valley final?

    have had plenty of chances, but haven't done it.  Will get it sorted tonight.  Got no Super rugby to watch, so the 95 final will have to do!!

    Great weekend of no exercise but reasonable eating..........<br />

    Last week of challenge - final assesment on Friday.<br />

    Gym this morning.<br />
    <br />
    Going to cut right back on the food intake this week to finish this off..............signed up for RPM classes next week as don't want to stop and lose momentum.

    Willies journey (12 week challenge complete)<br />

    Ended up losing a total of 11.7kg down to a chubby 88kg even.<br />
    <br />
    That's probably out to 90kg as have done little for last 2 weeks with move back to the waikato.....joining gym in the tron this week and then lose the last bit to the goal of 85kg.<br />

    Attended with red beard, hoefty, robbo and sausage a Aussie 1st xv training last week was great fun - think the coaches enjoyed it more than the players? Cheers Redbeard.

    PC, hope you're not wasting all that fatbusting you have done me old china.  I got rid of those fat shorts you gave me, and have nothing I can give you back.  Although found some old Valley dress pants you can have, they fall off me now when done up, so they may be a bit tight for you...
