Shouldn't the concept of home advantage put the decision with the home team? Isn't the width of the field (and depth of in goal) up to the home team (as long as they meet minimum standards)? These can be adjusted to the advantage of the home team so why not the roof as well?
Well if we win today then we can go to the 6 Nations table and say we've done as you asked but from here on in we're going to decide.
