I've looked on IMDB and I think I've missed episode 6 called "We Were All Someone Else Yesterday". This is what they say happens:
Hood copes with Siobhan's death. The FBI takes over in the hunt for Chayton. A wedge is driven between Proctor and Rebecca.
-

Nope, I saw that one as did TR by the look of it. Not the best ep and not much happens that effects the overall plot except showing Rebecca going behind Proctor's back and Burton suspecting something.

Worth watching if you haven't seen it as a time filler though.
-

Too many shows to watch for it to be time filler though. I was wondering how the Rebecca - Proctor plot got to where it was.

FYI - The hot native cop has been on a couple of episodes of New Girl.
-
OK. Can't remember what eps it was in but Rebecca tried to play hard with one gang Proctor supplies drugs to while Proctor was looking after his dying mum. Proctor comes back and fixes it up by making her apologise and lose face. Part of the deal with the gang was that they wanted exclusivity. Rebecca then goes behind his back and arranges to supply the other gang herself (with Proctor's stuff). She uses Proctor's car so she will look important when she does the deal. Burton suspects something is up when she takes the car and that's what leads him to checking the inventory and catching her in the act of loading up a mule. The black gang now thinks Proctor has double crossed them which is why they came and took Proctor.
-
I see what happened nepia...my list was out of order...but yeah like crucial says, isn't a great episode.

Cheers guys.

Vikings S3 is a bit all over the place. Anything that is happening in England is generally great - Ragnar and the merry men (and women) fighting, and Largetha being hot, but the gobbledygook back in Scandinavia is so boring.
-

Has some decent reviews (as well as the usual shit ones) so I series linked it, but not started it...based on a Danish? series I think?

Banshee...
HUgely skeptical over how the military types managed so quickly to ID 3 of them, and if they managed 3, why not all?

If Jobe is so much of a ghost, why is there a picture of him available, but everything else about him gone?
-

Careful justifying Banshee TR, could make for a long thread pointing out holes in that "cartoon". I turned off the care factor switch when the mad injuns were blasting holes through the 6 inch steel plated police station only to be thwarted by "Van" cleverly putting flimsy filing cabinets over the holes.

Poor ol' injuns with their 16mm guns were no match for the office mate clearance sale specials.

I quite like the similar (ish) show "Justified"

and "Moone Boy" makes me laugh out loud
-

Yeah I know it is that kind of show, but sometimes somethigns annoy me and I gots to be bitchin', and I still havent forgiven them for killing the 2 hotties and not replacing them!! :ireful:

Longmire is probably similar to Justified, but without the touches of humour.

Heard quite a few people with good things to say about Better Call Saul now...
-

Top Gear

Does anyone else share my view that Jeremy Clarkson is so inconsequential to our daily lives that his antics are actually quite amusing?

I see the BBC are stabling their cash cow because of something Clarkson's done again. Why take the man seriously?

That comment in Thailand when he said "the bridge has got a slope on it" was comedy gold!
-

I've gone off Top Gear, its nothing but scripted shit now. Park on a hill, get out, oops! forgot the handbrake! HIL-LAAARIOUS! It used to be a very fun spontaneous show, now its just scripted shit.

Lot of talk that Steve Coogan is being lined up to replace Clarkson, cant say I'd be too upset by that. The Trip was outstanding, Coogan is genuinely funny & he's a massive petrol head.

Issue there is its pretty 1970's casual racist, lets call islanders coconuts & anyone else a darkie too before popping out for a chinky, cause that is kinda funny really - alas the BBC is at the poltically correct end of the spectrum, plus they make a feck ton of cash selling it globally, so calling half your prospective audience slopes & niggers may not be the smartest move. Although it sells well in Aussie & bits of the States, hence the spinoffs.
-

The "slope joke" was pretty shitty , I've had a couple of Chinese mates over the years and the shit people casually give them is pretty awful. I don't understand why but they never want to make a fuss about it either, one of them was out fishing in a kayak and a charter boat full of drunken rednecks circled him shouting racist crap and trying to tip him over with their bow wave. We were all for him naming and shaming the boat on the NZ fishing forum but he wouldn't do it.

Didn't know Coogan was a petrol head if he joins it I might watch the show for a while, I've never been a fan to be honest.
-
Loved a line on latest ep of Justified: why'd you shoot me in the back? I woulda shot you in the front if you were running toward me

Or something like that -

I don't see Banshee and Justified as similar. Banshee is basically a cartoon as you say, Justified is one of the best action dramas on TV. and is grounded in a much more realistic world. And like TR says, they've been killing off hotties and not bloody replacing them.

As for Clarkson, when I was young and impressionable I thought he was quite funny on TV, but really he's mostly a fluffybunny when you dig a little bit deeper.
-

everyone on TV is a smug, arrogant fluffybunny, he just doesn't bother to hide it (far too smug and arrogant for that).

I remember some of these shows but didn't watch many of them , http://m.nzherald.co.nz/entertainment/news/article.cfm?c_id=1501119&objectid=11416614 I saw most of internet island which was a slow moving train wreck, there's one mentioned in the comments that rings a bell too-a kiwi version of big brother. That thing really stank, the contestants weren't particularly likeable although the chicks were quite hit.
I never watched miss personaility but I went to mermaids on a stag do and Vicki Lee was stripping and the sign out the front said she was on it.
Also does anyone remember a show where they gave a bunch of people cameras and they videoed their lives? 1999 or 2000, was woeful , they had some skank from Auckland and a dreadlocked creature from Southland who hooked up with a guy who looked like her twin.

And those treasure island shows were pretty ordinary too.

Vicki Lee during her 15 minutes of NZ fame.

I'd like to see Clarkson replaced because he's a dick and Coogan is much funnier. But the hysteria over every bloody utterance from Clarkson is a thing to behold. The guy is/was the host of a car show ffs.

Watched ep 1 of Black Sails - Jegga will love it!

Not a bad 1st ep, even the scene where they introduced John Silver to Black beard....
