This is staggering. Idiotic bestselling feminist author Naomi Wolf took "death recorded" to mean executed and wrote a whole book, due to be released next month and available for pre-purchase, about how cases where this was the verdict reveal how cruel Western legal regimes were when it came to gay people.
Here she is live on radio finding out her whole book is based on her lack of understanding of a legal term.

Edit - to make matters worse the main case she refers to is of a 14 year old that raped a 6 year old, was spared the death sentence and then released 2 1/2 years later.
Her whole book has been thoroughly debunked before it has even been released.
