<p>Finished Marco Polo - I enjoyed it but felt it never really got going, some good battle and fight scenes, some nekidness, but just didnt quite get there overall.</p>

OK. For all the wraps Peter Jackson and Weta get for the LOTR/ Hobbit movies and their so called epic battles, how come that one on a TV show (GoT) just made their work look like an amateur CGI exhibition?<br>

<p>Yep, best comedy on TV at the moment. All characters are great (bar Gina for me, she's best used in small doses) and a couple of hotties.</p>

<p>I think it looks good, but whereas I think Vaughn is putting in a pretty restrained performance Farrell seems to be running with all the cliches built into his character and hamming it up. Didn't stop my enjoyment of the first episode though, I liked how it slow built giving out little parts of the story until the final scene.</p>
<p>[spoiler] I did (incorrectly it seems) think that the redhead with Vaughn was going to be the ex wife and mother of the fat ginga kid though. [/spoiler]</p>
