I'll reserve judgement until I see it. I can pretty much quote all 4 series, but reboots are a tricky thing. Also not that enamoured with modern times, playing on the vagaries of history is a key part of Bladder IMO. A modern time one will be very political statement based, I reckon.

Although they poke fun at the "leaders" of those times. I think it will be quite good to see how they do that in the modern version.

That sounds a bit difficult to watch. Logan was a very believable nasty bastard.

Finished Deep State - I enjoyed it, same but different to S1.

Finished Flack - this series is very good. Some brilliant lines in it.

Loved the ep where the old bint got her Husband arrested for beating her, to cover up she had had plastic surgery and then the closet-Gay footballer arguing with his not-Gay mate about who is gonna come out of the closet for publicity purposes on the day of Closet-Gays wedding to a female! 😂

My viewing so far this year:

    Banshee - really enjoyed this
@jegga I know you were talking up Lili Simmons but Odette Annable tops her. Smokin' hot

Counterpart S2 - I hope S3 goes ahead as the season finale poised more questions than answers

True Detective S3 - opinions on the final episode were polarising but the final 10 mins was heartbreaking. Outstanding performances from 4 main characters

    Absentia S2
Billions S4 - one of the best shows on TV
The Blacklist S6 - only watching for James Spader
    Blindspot S4
    Game of Thrones
    Knightfall S2 - OK
Into The Badlands S3 - another show cancelled prematurely
    Warrior
What We Do in the Shadows - the vampire tribunal scene was brilliant

Deadwood: The Movie - welcome back!

    Currently watching:
    Jett
    City On A Hill

Simmons looks filthier, Annable more beautiful.

What would New Zealand’s equivalent of Banshee be ? Levin ? Based on TV always being 100% true to real life I might go up the line for a drive and pick up some ridiculously hot women

Did anyone else watch " thats a bit racist"? The playschool sketches were dogshit and the comedians were actually worse then organ donors on 7 days . The worst part was they actually interviewed EFS who launched a bloviating diatribe that was as usual chock full of shit.
If you want to start a dialog about racism in NZ that was about the worst way of going about it.
