Kane’s hand forced given we are getting nothing from Taylor.
But he didn’t look settled
Kane is our premier batsmen, he should be able to up the ante regardless of what is happening at the other end. We really needed him to put the hammer down given he'd faced 100 odd balls. Gutted he didn't come off, but we've got a fair bit of hitting yet.
I get that NQ, but when your 3 and 4 - our two best bats are in - they should be working as a partnership.

Yeah for sure. It looked like a conscious decision for Kane to start hitting. I do agree that Rosco needs to get a move on now or he's only going to heap pressure on the lower order.

I do not have faith that an attack with Henry and Santner can replicate the Indian's consistency with the ball - but I guess anything is possible.
