I didn't mind the first episode, had promise. You are right though, those kids need eating, and fast.

I missed the first few minutes of the premiere last night, watched it now . Can quite decide which one of the kids I want to see die first. Maybe the girl , then either one of the boys.
Cliff character actually is a Maori which is a nice change from the Arabs and Hispanics he normally plays. If you haven't seen Dark horse yet make sure you do, he really is a superb actor.

I think the girl. At least the boy is a druggy fuck up, and his motivations are driven by an illness. That fluffybunny of a daughter? her problem seems to be that her parents are too thoughtful and caring, and actually want the best for her. What utter bastards. Her life looks so tough...

Cliffs son is a horrible little shit too, his mum calls him "me unpleasant" when he refuses to spend time with his father. I'm home the zombies start eating him and the girl feet first.

I watched FtWD last night, solid premiere (by all accounts broke a bunch of viewing records too) certainly keen to see where they go and if they use any of the WD characters along the way as well.

It started slow but ended strongly. Agree that there are some very very annoying characters there.

    Arent all TV teenagers horrible?
I'd be quite happy to see the mum get her face ripped off, she annoyed me the most out of all of them.

Was wondering where she was from!

Seems a fair few series have a worse than the stereo-typical angst-ridden teen character in them...

Just started Banshee series 2. The chief's sister is uber hot and dangerous. Along with the Amish girl this show has hawt babes. And what's not to like about gratuitous sex and violence?

In case you haven't read previous posts be warned that the hottie count decreases in S3 but some good ones are lined up for S4

Man, I'm in a tv dead spot at the moment.

I usually just watch an episode of a show while I eat breakfast, one show on the ferry, and then one in the evening - and I'm not really enjoying any of them.

Daredevil: I've had to force myself to watch this after starting ages ago when it came out and when everyone was hyping it to bits. I'm about 8 episodes in and I just don't get why it's so popular. What I don't get is why they do semi standalone episodes when it's Netflix show.

Hell on Wheels S5: The previous 4 seasons have been enjoyable throwaway TV (i.e. not Deadwood, but just a watchable show) but this season has been terrible, really terrible. It completely feels like a whole new show.

And to make it all worse I'm watching Friday Night Lights on my commute, which is one of my favourite shows ever, but season 2 was a huge misfire, and I'm up to season 2, it's actually worse than I remember it.

I can't wait to finish all this and watch something decent ... looks like Narcos will be on that list.

I've been wondering how you guys manage to watch so much tv , I haven't seen a lot of the shows you talk about.

Mariner the original British series with Francis Urquhart was bloody good too , I'd be interested to see how it stands up today . Spaceys version didn't really do it for me, I do like that they kept the characters initials FU

Dont think anyone was hyping Daredevil to bits?

I enjoyed it.

Started latest series of Orange is the New Black, canned it after about 4 eps I think it was...might get around to finishing it, but in no rush.

Have Hell on Wheels to watch, wont rush into that either then.

Been watching one of my guilty pleasures, Falling Skies, last series sucked, this series is much better, and would seem they have an awful lot to achieve in the final ever episode!

Also been watching Hannibal, 3rd series seems all over the show, with flash backs and dream scenes, no idea whats up or down sometimes!

I don't get to watch too much TV, that's why it takes me so long to watch anything! I've been watching HoC for 2 weeks and i've only seen 7 episodes.
