I think he thinks they look alike, I don’t get it because Busey has crazy eyes and Nolte who is probably insane too hides his .
Busey was a decent actor till he got a brain injury , Big Wednesday is a favourite of mine . -

Busey was a decent actor till he got a brain injury , Big Wednesday is a favourite of mine .They are way more alike than the two 80's Bills ( Paxton and Pullman ) who people seemed to get confused.

Busey was a decent actor till he got a brain injury , Big Wednesday is a favourite of mine .He was great as Buddy Holly as well. And damn near perfect in Under Siege. But he was already snorting ludicrous amounts of coke at that stage. His son's an actor as well. No need for a paternity test there. Teeth down to his balls.

Yeah it was odd seeing him in that, also I was 16 and couldn't get into that part of the shop. Kids today don't know how easy they have it.
