@MN5 Nick Nolte is a great actor. Do you actually watch movies?

I think he thinks they look alike, I don’t get it because Busey has crazy eyes and Nolte who is probably insane too hides his .
Busey was a decent actor till he got a brain injury , Big Wednesday is a favourite of mine .

He was great as Buddy Holly as well. And damn near perfect in Under Siege. But he was already snorting ludicrous amounts of coke at that stage. His son's an actor as well. No need for a paternity test there. Teeth down to his balls.

    Rutger Hauer 😞

The Hitcher was a bloody scary movie. Dude was a great villain. Big points for Blind Fury too!

Blind fury was brilliant! He was also in a very entertaining Mediaeval film which had plentful violence and...the rest. 🖕Gøøgle.

Flesh and Blood. Been a while since I saw it but I think the vhs box cover suggested there was going to be way more nudity than it actually delivered.

Really? How much more did you want?

It looked like it might have @Mokey levels of debauchery. It didn't.

You're a hard man to please Jegga. There was another part of the video shop for that. Interestingly this film had the Man from Snowy River and Phar Lap strapper dude as one of the leads.

Yeah it was odd seeing him in that, also I was 16 and couldn't get into that part of the shop. Kids today don't know how easy they have it.

I love a good laugh as much as the next guy but can we get away from Gary Busey and back to Rutger Hauer ?

"Hobo with a Shotgun" will be studied in years to come as Shakespeare is today.

    Absolute Genius.

Of course some of Rutger’s best work was in a golden run of Guinness ads

    From another forum

"It is an odd bit of synchronicity that Roy Batty, his character in Blade Runner, also died in 2019 (per the movie)."

Not sure if I've spoken on this forum or another ( yes I am a sad lonely geek ) but fucken Blade Runner and Dune both give me the screaming shits because I CANNOT decide if I really like them as movies or not ?

Talking RH so will discuss the former......

Am I too dumb to get it ? was I pissed off at Harrison Ford playing such a fallible character ? ( actually Han Solo and Indiana Jones fucked up loads so scratch that )
Was I annoyed at Roy for killing himself ? Was Rachel a replicant ?

    Yep. It irked me too.

Maybe I just like a good simple shoot em up (but no, I love Prometheus )

It was obvious Gosling was when he overpowered Batista like he did. ( incidentally the latter has to surely be THE best wrestler turned actor ever ? )
