Segner was very good for the NZSS last year. A big unit for a no.7 too.

Hamilton BHS beat Wesley 26-10 in one of the Chiefs Top 4 semis. They will host the final next Sat (winner of Tauranga BC vs New Plymouth BHS).

Again no Wellington school in the Hurricanes Final this year.

Hastings Boys convincingly smashed St Pat's Silverstream 37 - 10 in Hastings.
After a 17 - 0 lead for Scots College, Palmerston North BHS came back in a very tight second half to win the game 24 - 22.

King's College beat St Kents 29-22 to win the Auckland 1A title.

St Kents will be in the Co-Ed Top 4 comp this year so only Auckland bragging rights were at stake.

Hmmmm, if Invitational XV is another word for "poachers", then King's and Hamilton Boys definitely deserve that label.
