Has anyone watched Good Girls on Netflix? Decent storyline, 2 sisters and a friend who decide to hold up a grocery store because they are desperate for money. Of course it all goes pear shaped but heads off in unexpected directions. It’s a decent watch.
Oh, one of the sisters is Christina Hendricks. Maybe I should have led with that.

Watched both seasons . Enjoyed it , everyone is so fucked up

Started watching this again. You can see why it was so successful - a show about life, warts and all with very clever jokes.
On reflection I have noticed some of the same jokes recycled in Curb Your Enthusiasm.

So those with Prime might like to watch the new series with Orlando Bloom, a bit of a fantasy drama, Carnival Row.
And yes, there are boobs and a pretty cool sex scene with a Fae using her wings in a cool way.
Actually quite good so far as we are 2 eps in. Worth a watch.

@RoninWC yea I spotted that last week, reminded me a bit of Penny Dreadful, on my watch list.
I started a Russian series on Netflix, Better than us...which is set in the future where bots are a big part of everything.
Watched 2 eps, not awesome but intriguing.

yay, somehow Warrior is back on On Demand on Foxtel, so i watched a couple more episodes last night. The 'western" with the gold and the outlaws was wildly entertaining.

Yeah, it’s a decent Canadian easy watching sci-fi show.

Oh also watched a couple eps of Why women kill.
Lucy Liu, Ginnifer Goodwin, Alexandra Dadario.
All live in the same mansion but 1 in the 60s, 1 in the 80s and the other now.
Missus wanted to watch so I did, is decent with some dark humour.

I really enjoyed Vice Principals but it wasn't a patch on Eastbound & Down.
Perhaps there's a trend.
