As Tim mentioned, Denmark and Sweden lika da porn. Norway is the complete opposite. Nudity isn't a big issue, but porn is. Its a combination of old Lutheran Puritanism and feminism. 
Professional boxing is also banned in Norway and you need to take out a loan to buy alcohol. The women are beautiful though.

Thats a bit of a let down compared to how I pictured things being in that part of the world, I dont really want to know if all the chicks from Lapland aren't really into lap dancing

The lovely Ms Smoak is the reason I still watch such a silly show as Arrow into it's 4th season. Hadn't seen the other one before but she is welcome to join in.

I haven't started Arrow this season, got it on Series Link, been watching Gotham though, the new eye-candy (Jessica Lucas - pic from Gotham) on that is fine to go with Morena Baccarin and Erin Richards

Eps 1 and 2 are out there now as 1 was the pilot and 2 was finished to whet appetites at ComicCon. The full series doesn't start (become available?) until 20 November.
 
You may want to wait until then as I watched the first two and now have a gap.

No idea, but that episode last night jumped back a long way (aside form the very end) I mean that scene of him on the track was at the end of ep 1 of last season, and Rick was with him in that little town/village maybe 2 or 3 seasons back?
