A former Juul executive is alleging in a lawsuit that the fast-growing startup shipped out one million contaminated e-cigarette pods earlier this year — but did not tell customers or issue a recall.
Juul Shipped At Least A Million Contaminated Pods, New Lawsuit Says
“Half our customers are drunk and vaping like mo-fos, who the fuck is going to notice the quality of our pods,” the former CEO allegedly said. Juul says the lawsuit is “baseless.”

This ridiculous person adopted a sick dog last year and then it died and because she’s not only emotionally incontinent she is also an attention whore she has to tell the world about it in the most histrionic way possible.Her third album is out soon , her last one tanked and because it was either shit because of her publicly announcing her woke take on every issue on social media or both . She couldn’t get decent crowds anywhere even when she gave away tickets on Groupon . If this one is a turd too expect her label to dump her and trying to live off Spotify payments means we will all eventually be able to point and laugh in about 10 years when she’s flogging off onesies or bambillos on YouTube ads.
