    Jeet Ravel or Warnie?

Oooh it's a close one - but, Warnie probably edges it - though Jeet's a much better batsman.... 🙂

Raval is better than Santana, that's for sure

    Wait till he's batted....

Grinding arm wrestle with Oz getting the upper hand however they have to bowl us out twice and the clock is ticking...
More importantly we have a solid batting line up where five out of the top six have a big test ton under their belt!

If we don't get anything else out of this test - Jeet's bowling has been bloody useful.

He'd previously bowled one over in tests.

I wonder why Ish can't bowl with that kind of consistency?

is Kane bowling Jeet a ploy to get him involved and give him some confidence?

Where the hell are they hiding Patel and that bearded white spinner that played in SL and why don't they get a game on a turning deck outside the subcontinent?

Patel just took three wickets in the opening super smash game.

Starting to look ominous here. Either they bat the rest of the day and we can probably only draw the match, or they get a session under lights to try and rip out a couple of quick wickets.

Jeet Raval is to fielding what Coldplay was to batting.

Not to be defeatist (or perhaps overly optimistic?) but if you'd offered me a draw in this test 3 days ago, I'd have snapped it up.

If we can make 400+ and secure a draw, I think we will take huge confidence into the next (more winnable) tests.

@Cyclops They'll put us in for a lot of the night session - nothing surer.

We've got to minimize the damage through that and have plenty of firepower to run them around the field tomorrow.

Those big nasty fasties opening up with a new ball that might move around - worrying times!

    Jeet's got terrible hands.

Apart from the drop I thought he'd fielded well...

I’ve only just switched it on, so I just figured it was business as usual when he dropped the catch.

It would be GREAT if we could get them out before the night session. Would much rather they have a chance to get an eye in under the sun than under lights with the pink ball and those quicks gunning for their heads.
