Easily my favourite program at the moment.
It's bloody awesome. I saw that before I'd seen the original. It's one of the only comedy panel shows Bonesetta also likes to watch.
Seen any of the old episodes with Nick Helm? Worth catching up on.

after a few weeks of internet issues now thankfully resolved, i finally got to finish The Boys
Fucking great fun. It's not brilliant, i find it tends to drag in places, but that last episode was very fucking cool, and suddenly i can't wait for season 2.
I love the short length of the Amazon shows

@taniwharugby I'm at the same point. Amos is the business! Naomi is the weak point for me right now, finding her irritating over the last season and a half.

I couldn't stop watching it last night, the Amazon improvements have made the show even better.

Series called Traces, set in Dundee, Scotland about a 20 something who has returned to Dundee for the first time since her mother was murdered 18 years earlier.
Only 6 eps long, moves along pretty well, giving little hints and clues along the way.
Also, Gina Carano in The Mandalorian is pretty sexy, can see she might not be everyone's cup of tea, but would be for me.

Very good, Amos is the coolest, warmed to Bobbie, and her accent has softened alot since he first season too.

Do we know how many seasons it will be on TV? I'm holding off until they're all out, but I could break if it going to be forever until it's done. I've read the books, so I'm very keen.
Edit season 5 signed up but that's it. I might start watching then

It’s been getting good numbers for Amazon so should get at least 6. Helps that the last book is due out next year, so they know how many seasons are left.

Finished The Watchmen tv series. A really well crafted series that got better the further you went into it. Only 9 episodes long, but a complete story and great character development. Good that Damon Lindelof (creator and head writer) learned his lessons from Lost and manages to finish a story arc properly.

The Mandalorian was pretty bloody good. Great visuals, cool little stories.
Would have been amazing if they had upped the rating, but again, I understand i am not the primary audience.
I'm with i think it was @taniwharugby who thinks Gina Carano is hot. Dangerously scary hot.

Very enjoyable show, thought Gina's casting was great, nice to have a kickass female character who actually looks the part.
