    Patent formalen ovale closure @booboo

Potentially linked to my migraines, and general circulation. Doc said it was a fairly substantial one, so glad they got it now instead of when I'm having some for no discernible reason.

Shit, I get migraines ... how worried should I be Dr NTA?

Not familiar with the condition 🙂 .

(I just went straight to heart attack. Over rated in my opinion.)

Old, or at least middle, aged health problems are shit.

P.S. have nothing but good to say about the QLD health system, trust the NSW system looks after you as well.

Either that or your insurance is top notch. 🙂

    Trust you're all good.

@booboo 2 visits to the local private @ $70 each. Includes anaesthetics etc.

I also think the 2 cardiologists involved are happy to see if this works, just so they can tell the neurologist (working in the same suites) that they cured the migraines where he failed.

They will probably write a paper or something

Migraine is a fucking minefield to diagnose. Most of the people who have a PFO live through without even knowing. All the recovery documentation is aimed at grey rinse crowd.

My old man had migraines and died of a heart attack at 45 - I turn 45 this year and have migraines .... so if I see anything to do with heart and migraines together I put 2 and 2 together, make 5 and freak myself out. 😉

Edit: Holy fuck, in the time that I wrote that message I just got a text from a mate in London who said he had a heart attack and was in a coma for 48 hours, but he's all good now.

Hell yeah, as he always seemed a bit more healthy than the rest of our group of mates.

He just sent some more details saying the Drs thought he was actually dead when he first went into the coma, but they hooked him up to the machines just in case, which was lucky.

@taniwharugby he's also first on the Palmy slandering bandwagon, pretty sure that contributes to the negative energy causing those migraines

@taniwharugby @voodoo Yep, clearly the best alert is to diss any Magpies player except for Eaton, you need to praise him to have the same effect.

I think I had never had a migraine until my Dad took me to Palmy as a teen to watch the Magpie v the Poo. See, I can trace it all back to Palmy.

“If you wish to kill yourself but lack the courage to, I think a visit to Palmerston North will do the trick. We stayed in a little motel, the weather was grotty, the theatre was a nasty shape and the audience was very strange to play to. We had a thoroughly, bloody miserable time there and we were so happy to get out.”

Apologies, recent statistics show it's slightly less bleak.

@jegga My niece has been claiming it is sunnier recently, I have always just laughed it off. Well, anyway, she's just moved to Dunedin to start uni, so I'll hope she doesn't see this article to rub in my face.
