The guys on the radio were saying earlier that this pitch shouldn’t be as tough to score on as the scoreboard suggests.

One decent partnership is really all we need to ensure we get over the line here.

If we lose a few cheaply the total will feel like 331

Love watching Latham bat. Doesn't pretend about anything and acknowledges great balls

@canefan Right now, first cab off the rank is Mitch Jr.

Will Young is back playing some cricket, but I haven't watched how he's going and, as above, Conway will be available soon.

But, on the other hand, Rossco is having his 36th birthday later this week, so I doubt we should be thinking about discarding the guy who's been substantially groomed to take over the number 4 spot. Plus - Henry made decent runs in the ODIs vs India, so he's hopefully been finding ways to get out rather than suddenly become useless.

Henry Cooper might be another in the mix, I see he’s just scored another 100 against Auckland.

i HATE these 130-odd 4th innings chases, they are so fucking nervy, and always seem to be harder than they should be.

Bah, 10 wicket win coming up

Absolutely. I'm a wreck of nerves watching this.

Even Latham's Cover Drive on the up had me wincing as I thought it was an edge at first.

A very nervy 4 balls in a row for Latham...

Survived a probable inside edge to the keeper, then 3 LBW shouts...

The inside edge was Blundell, they ran through. Wasn't given as a Leg Bye

    It was too.
On the replays I reckon there was a noise as the ball went past the bat.

There's more than enough in this wicket for India to win this game. Life is tough out there

Bear in mind my hopelessness and ignorance, but why don't they just stand further down the pitch to eliminate the late swing? (Warner does that well)

It's one option, but it reduces your time to see and play the ball - takes real talent to be prepared to do that and do it well (fuck it burns to say that about Warner...)

Batting conditions look tough out there, so every run is golden. Would be tempting to promote Colin to 3 with a licence to swing. A quick fire thirty wins the game now.
