@Bovidae thanks! Will give it a go. Watched the first episode of S3 last night and aaaaabsoluuuutley fucking lost. It might as well be in Spanish. Which brings me to...

@antipodean we tried to start Money Heist yesterday as the premise sounds fantastic, but we gave up after half an hour as it seemed really shit (maybe influenced by watching it with the English dub).

You're much better off reading it. If it was done in English natively it would be a massive hit IMO.

This is one of the stars, should probably be in another thread....

Westworld just gets better. I like that you need to wait a week to watch each episode so you have time to digest what you've just seen.

The penultimate (latterly, final) episode of series 10 of TWD was on last night, and was a pearler.

As my brother succinctly put it: One thing that show has taught me - every single person who owns big cats is a fucking nutcase

I've been watching 'Vanished by the Lake', a French whodunnit (subbed) on TVNZ On-Demand. I have no idea when it was originally shown here.
Good show and great scenery. A couple of the main characters are quite watchable as well.

@Crucial that's from the Walter Presents stable right? Think I reviewed it a year or two ago. Most of those are good - there's loads of them!

    Yes

I'm really worried there's no way it can live up to the hype.

For those at home with toddlers give the Aussie cartoon Bluey a go ( TVNZ onDemand ).

It really is excellent and even better it doesn't try to portray the dad as a bumbling idiot like some others do. My daughter (almost 4) and I have got some great play ideas from it and she just loves it.
