Forest is a presumptuous fluffybunny, deciding the rules of Union. He wants make another League or Aussie rules, basically only played in Oz. What's the point?

The same reason his charitable announcements always seem tied to his foundation whose sole job appears to be running good press for him...

But fucking Force fans cannot get in line fast enough to suck his bag.

Sure, he only turned up when it was inevitable they were about to be booted. He was absolutely nowhere to be seen when they started, or through the Firepower controversy or all the other shit.

But sand gropers have a thing about everyone "over east" and something as inconvenient as the truth won't stop Twiggy being their messiah.

In any case, nice to know Cheika is jumping on the Old Boys bandwagon.

I love this crowd who think we should have just stood up a competition with NZ and the Pac Islands + Japan when nobody wants to get in bed with a poisonous, incompetent bunch of crunts.

I saw someone quoting over on GAGR that it was Castle's fault for signing back up with SANZAAR.

@westcoastie an Aussie comedian called Rodney Rude used it years ago. The routine was roughly this:

"People don't like me swearing so what if we used 'puck' and 'crunt'?"

Rugby Australia and the Sunwolves have come to the unfortunate conclusion that the Japan-based team will be unable to participate in the proposed Vodafone Super Rugby AU competition.

Who are the Force going to select in their squad? There should be a few Aussies and Kiwis from the Sunwolves now available.

                    @Bovidae I assume their 2020 Rapid Rugby squad: https://www.westernforce.com.au/teams/

Edited to add that I expect the games between the Force and, particularly, the Brumbies to end in a bloodbath. The Force will be forcefully crushed.

When Johan Bardoul is considered tall enough to be a lock in your squad, you have problems.

If the Force had a good squad, they'd be playing elsewhere.

to be fair though, they only have to compete with the Rebels, the Tahs, and the Reds. It's sort of like a reserve grade comp.

Fox Sports To Broadcast Vodafone Super Rugby Au From July 3

Rugby Australia and the Foxtel Group have reached agreement today on a revised broadcast arrangement for 2020 which has given the go-ahead for the proposed Vodafone Super Rugby AU competition to be broadcast on FOX SPORTS.

The five-team competition, which features the four Australian Super Rugby teams plus the Western Force, will kick off on July 3 and will be contested over 12 consecutive weekends. All matches will be broadcast live and ad-break free on FOX SPORTS on Foxtel, Foxtel NOW and streamed on Kayo.

The competition will involve 10 weeks of round robin action, with teams to face-off twice and have two byes each, before a two-week finals series featuring a Qualifying Final on September 12 and a Final on September 19.

The new season gets underway with the longest-running rivalry in Australian Rugby when the Queensland Reds host the NSW Waratahs at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane at 705pm AEST on Friday, July 3. The following night in Canberra, the Brumbies will host the Melbourne Rebels at

715pm AEST after the Highlanders and Crusaders battle it out across the ditch in Super Rugby Aotearoa. The SANZAAR tournaments will be the first professional Rugby competitions to launch since the global COVID-19 shutdown in March. Western Force will begin its campaign in Round 2 after an opening round bye.

All matches to kick off the Vodafone Super Rugby AU season will be played at closed venues, with Rugby Australia to review its position regarding spectator attendance regularly in line with Government restrictions.
