I'll be heading back in a couple of weeks to see Mum, but the family is basing themselves in Wanaka for 5-6 weeks.

Cardona opens 26th.

Thanks mate. Her sister is tagging in for the next couple of weeks and Hospice getting more involved who are fantastic.

We have season passes for Cardona / TC, haven't ridden either since 1997 so can't wait!

@voodoo Yeah hospice are great up here too. Try to raise money for them where we can.

Shamefully I've never skiied TC so getting even more tempted by a SI trip.

Well I also like beer and I never miss my round, so I guess we'd need to have a few to even it up

and sometimes it's confusing who got the last round so you better get in one more each

In breaking news, it’s now known that it’s possible to drive the entire length of the island on one tank of fuel and without having to stop for a piss. Happy days.

@JC Not that I'm saying I believe that they didn't stop but I have driven Akl-Wtn many times without stopping. I mean after you clear Green Lane what's there to stop for? It's all a bit "Here Be Dragons"
