I had 10,400 after the first 3, and then i got a fucking black screen! cheating game. Apparently my random stab in the dark (literally) was on an entirely different continent. So i got 12,500-odd off 4 turns.

That's pretty cool though

A property on the market in Marlborough could be every backyard cricketer's dream.

Known as the Bankhouse, the Waihopai Valley property features a pavilion overlooking a full-scale cricket pitch, built to international standards.

Bayleys Marlborough rural property specialist Kurt Lindsay said one of the former owners, Greg Olliver, was fanatical about cricket.

"His dream was to hold an international cricket match there," he said.

It was thought the Bankhouse homestead was built in the late 19th century, with the pitch and pavilion added around 2008.

The pavilion had a commercial kitchen, team changing rooms and showers.

Lindsay said he believed only amateur games had been played there.

The 57-hectare property, which was one of the original sheep runs in Marlborough, was once owned by the third speaker of the New Zealand House of Representatives, Sir David Monro.

Marlborough historian John Orchard said it would have been a grand mansion in its day, fitted out with expensive furnishings with room for servants.

But the buildings were in need of restoration.

The property was owned by Winegrowers of Ara Ltd, a subsidiary of the Todd Corporation.

Todd Property managing director Evan Davies said the company decided to list the property after selling its nearby vineyard to wine company Indevin.

It had owned the Bankhouse since 2008 and nobody had lived in the homestead during that time, Davies said.

As well as the cricket pitch, the site also featured a large wetlands area.

Lindsay said this was one of the largest privately-owned wetlands in Marlborough and it would make a good hunting spot for duck shooters.

The property had a Marlborough District Council rateable valuation of $1.5 million but Lindsay said he expected this to be exceeded by tenders.

Tenders closed on March 18 and there was already some interest, he said.

Just got my best score of 13678 with one within 3km, did another and got 5000 and everything was in the Americas, so picking Spain and a Greek Island didn't help....
