One of the most unique and interesting bands I saw was the Preservation Hall Jazz Band in New Orleans. They played in a small hall that was like a sauna inside in the summer but it was cool to see 60 and 70 something cats playing.

Jazz music stinks. Bunch of clowns making shit up as they go.

Not unpopular (at least it shouldn't be) nor incorrect

Used to agree, but two things changed me.

    The movie Whiplash
    The Cotton Club in Shanghai

Both are epic, and all about jazz.

I love Whiplash, I've seen it about 10 times. But it's great despite the music, not because of it.

Modern jazz as a rule sucks. But good jazz has superb musicians:

Prepare to be triggered @MN5 : Super Troopers is not funny. That there was a sequel at all makes me question humanity's ability - or even right - to see out the century.

Oh no, some guy on the internet disagrees with my opinion.

I’ll call him a racist/fascist/bigot and then block him.

You're just saying that because you're a bigoted fascist racist. Check your privilege.

Also, I'm with @NTA . Didn't find Super Troopers funny,

Robin Williams was never that funny. (1 in 10 jokes landed)

Nick Cave is pretentious as fuck.

Friends was weak American comedy, still is American comedy, and will always be weak American comedy.

John Cleese has not even been mildly funny since A Fish Called Wanda.

British gameshows with comedians on them generally add up to way less than the sum of their parts.

No idea about Cave's personality but his music is boring as fuck.

    Yes.

Haven't seen Cleese in anything since a fish called Wanda so I guess so.

Would I lie to you and taskmaster are top notch shows

    Thumbs Up.

Nick Cave is pretentious as fuck.

    Thumbs N/A.

Friends was weak American comedy, still is American comedy, and will always be weak American comedy.

    Thumbs Down.

John Cleese has not even been mildly funny since A Fish Called Wanda.

    Thumbs Up.

British gameshows with comedians on them generally add up to way less than the sum of their parts.

    Thumbs Very Much So Down.

So we are neutral. Two up's, two downs and a not bothered.

The level you are wrong though on the last one, means that overall it's a no from me.

A great resurrection to the thread and not at all unpopular in the male side of the Cato household.

I didn’t like Robin Williams much, ‘oh let’s throw 27 different impersonations into a single interview’ sooooooooo clever, sooooooo talented…..so fucken irritating more like.

Good Morning Vietnam was ok though.

Nick Caves music makes me think of funerals.

Friends wasn’t really that good overall.

John Cleese is an angry old man although his rants about Palmerston North are spot on.

What was the other one ?
