Went to gym with no plan today need to start planning workouts a bit better.

Started with dead lifts, seated DB press, battle rope (on one of those rubber balance things) TRX hanging rows (??) Dips, med ball seated twists (it's what I call 'em)

Shoulders looked great in the mirror after💪

Gym with TR jnr today, he'd been talking up the numbers he and his mates had been doing so thought I needed to see it...turns out his numbers were pounds, not kilos Haha.

Anyway, decided to wreck his legs today...squats, box jumps, leg curls, leg extensions (single leg) calf raises and finish with 5 mins on the air bike them 5 on an elliptical.

Now the elliptical had a quick mix mode, started off usining it normally, 40 sec later it tells me to go backwards, then just use arms and then normal...fuck, the bike and this killed me!

    Went to the gym yesterday:
Shoulder press, shoulder flies (on a machine) shrugs, seated rows, pull ups (assisted) hyper-extension and 5 mins on the airbike.

Shoulder (that I have had issues with before) is a bit sore today, so not going to gym today as I was planning on doing chest as part of workout today.

    Gym with TR Jnr
Leg press, weighted jump squats, hamstring curls, leg extensions (single leg) calf raises, knee raises then 5 mins on a momentum treadmill (suuuuucked) 5 mins on air bike (suuucked too)

Started off doing single leg curls, but my left hammy didnt like it too much...so may need to look at doing low weight high reps and stretching it more.

Leg day today, with both TR Jnrs, although older Jnr did his own thing, luckily cos I couldn't keep up with his numbers.

Back squats, single leg-press, weighted lunges, hamstring curls, single leg extensions (low weight high reps, core then finished on the air bike

    Lunges suck, alot.

Weighted lunges are good. I like the feeling of failure after doing them rather than unweighted ones.....mainly cos it happens way sooner.

@MN5 was only a 10kg bag, but already can feel legs will not be happy with me tomorrow.

The older of my boys was doing them with a 10kg med ball extended up with one arm, that looked an even more evil version.
