Just been gawping out the back, seen a few zigzaggy tiny lights out there in the night sky and most likely a satellite... Or the peroxide from my blonde is now in my blood stream...
Got me thinking, there are a few military / pilot/ traveller types, not to mention a good spread of people from all over the world here, what have you seen and what are your thoughts on what's out there? Are we talking aliens or military aircraft?

Have to assume we aren’t alone in the Universe, don’t want to get all Mulder tho. There have been some pretty amazing reports over the years and compelling evidence.
Have to do a search but there’s a famous case involving Air New Zealand pilots getting freaked out during a flight back in the 70s or 80s. Think they were flying over the South Island? -

Listening to Infinite Monkey Cage over the years it seems that you can make a compelling case for just about anything from multiverses teeming with life through to we are alone. It seems the most popular notion is though that contact is unlikely under the laws of physics as we know them because distances are too vast.

I'd agree with this, makes me feel safer, I've watched too many Sci fi films (not the ones I probably should have according to you lot) and I'd hate to have reptilian like baddies zapping us, if it's going to happen of all years it will be 2020.
But why the supposed hidden evidence and cover ups etc that have supposedly happened,I'd always assume we would never know there's been a close contact until it'd be too late and it's all zap zap probe probe time.
What has been covered up and why?

Yes most likely satellite, although they don't zigzag as a rule - so that is peroxide or gin.
Did see a very odd shape sort of "hanging" in the sky over Alaska. All the crew saw it, so it wasn't the drugs. It was also very adjacent to Elmendorf AFB so probably military. Maybe a met balloon.
I worked with Bob Guard, one of the guys that was flying for Safe air in 1978 when this happened:
